Worm and Cocci Identification Microscopes

Full size professional monocular microscope with LED illumination, magnification range x40 to x800, mechanical stage and substage condenser with iris diaphragm.

The SP35 is a binocular microscope with 2 x10, eyepieces and four objectives x4, x10, x40 and x100 giving an overall magnification range of x40 to x1000. The slide platform is a full mechanical stage that moves the slide by drop down coaxial controls.
The lighting is LED with brightness control and it has a full substage condenser with iris diaphragm. Separate coarse and fine focus controls with a safety stop to protect the slides

Everything needed is supplied:
Droppings are homogenised in the plunger unit with the supplied fluid.
The 2 chambers of the circular counting chamber are filled and left for 10 minutes.
Eggs present will float to the top of the fluid.
The top of the chamber is twisted and any eggs are pushed over onto the counting area.
The whole circular unit is then examined under the microscope and eggs counted.

Everything needed is supplied:
Droppings are mashed in the solution and passed through the sieve.
Because identification only is needed then the flotation fluid allows eggs to float to the top of the tube.
Take a small amount from the top of the tube.
